Baltimore- The Pride Center of Maryland (PCOM), the state’s oldest and largest sexual and gender minority (SGM) serving organization has released its first ever series of billboard campaigns. Despite the pandemic the organization, now in its 45th year, remains active, serving a still growing number of same-gender-loving (SGL), gay, lesbian, bisexual trans and gender nuanced cultures, ethnicities, individuals and families.

Merrick Moses, chairman of PCOM’s board, expressed, “Like most organizations that have been around as long as we have, challenges have emerged. However, I am proud to report that PCOM has never been in better hands, never stronger. Our very diverse clients and staff love what they’re experiencing.” Mr. Moses went on to say “Extraordinary new developments are slated for launch in the fall, including opening a brand new, state-of-the art facility.” In response to questions about the annual Baltimore Pride Festival, usually slated for the summer, Mr. Moses stated, “Pride is on the way, put it on your calendars. Check us out on social media. Pride will take place on Father’s Day weekend, June 18th-20th. Events will be both virtual and small COVID considerate in-person activities and celebrations. We are thrilled.”

PCOM is available for interviews to share more information on its services, plans, development and expansion.
