As the Ride for the Feast approaches on May 13th and 14th, here is the last round of events planned to support teams raising funds for the event. On April 29th, Spokin’ Hot, Team Epic, and Fierce Chicks Rock will join together to host their second annual Scavenger Hunt Alley Cat – 2 to 7 p.m., at 1725 Maryland Avenue, Baltimore.
A $10 entry fee includes a spoke card and raffle ticket. All proceeds go to Moveable Feast. You are encouraged to dress in your best photo hunting attire, and find as many items or places on the manifest, and take a picture of your bike with it. There are prizes and free beer for first and second place, and for the best costume.
On April 29th, Team Epic presents Pedal to the Bone, a fundraising party for the ride, from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. at the Basement at Ryleighs in Mount Vernon (1225 Catherdral Street, Baltimore). Ages 21 and over and no cover. A silent auction will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight, with a raffle to follow. The event will feature “The Future is Female Showcase,” featuring live performances by Ms. Sara and Monnize Wolff.
On May 1st, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Wheel Powered by Constellation will hold a discount day at Honeygrow in Charles Village and Harbor Point. Patrons must present the event flyer – it’s at Bit.ly/2pRONDG.
