Join AIDS Action Baltimore for a Town Hall Meeting on HIV prevention and pre-exposure prophylaxis entitled “TRANScending Barriers: Quality Sexual Healthcare for the Trans Community,” on Wednesday, November 28th, at 6 pm at the Waxter Center (1000 Cathedral Street at Eager Street, Baltimore).

The event will include dinner and a forum to address the barriers faced by the trans community in accessing quality healthcare services including PrEP and PEP. A safe space will be provided for trans folk to share their experiences in various health care settings – and where workers, providers, and trans people can talk about the way forward.

The event is free, but please RSVP at baltoaids@aol.com to insure enough food. For more info, call AIDS Action Baltimore at 410-837-2437. Organizers say, “You are encouraged to bring your friends.”
