Moveable Feast helps feed people with critical illnesses across Maryland. On Saturday, January 12th, from 11 am to 1 pm, Moveable Feast will host a New Rider Open House at their offices at 901 North Milton Avenue, Baltimore.

Moveable Feast’s annual “Ride for the Feast” fundraising event takes place this coming May 11th and 12th. Hundreds of cyclists ride 140 miles over two days, from Ocean City to Baltimore. New riders are always welcome. The open house introduces new riders to the event and allows them to learn more about Moveable Feast and its work. Tours of our facility will be provided as well as chances to speak with veteran riders. Discounts will be available to new riders who register for the Ride at this event. Returning riders who bring a friend can also receive a discount.

In addition, the group’s community dietitian, Isabel Betancourt, will offer a condensed version of the exercise class she offers to all riders this year. Be sure to dress in comfortable clothes.

The event is free and light refreshments will be served. For more info visit the Facebook event page at Bit.ly/2EZ6iNl, or contact Moveable Feast events manager Carin Prescott at cprescott@mfeast.org or 410-327-3420 x33.
