Auditions for HEATHERS THE MUSICAL

- Based on one of the greatest teen comedies of all time, the mordantly delicious story of Veronica Sawyer, a brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who hustles her way into the most powerful and ruthless clique at Westerberg High: the Heathers. But before she can get comfortable atop the high school food chain, Veronica falls in love with the dangerously sexy new kid J.D. When Heather Chandler, the Almighty, kicks her out of the group, Veronica decides to bite the bullet and kiss Heather’s aerobicized ass…but J.D. has another plan for that bullet.
- People of all ethnic identities are encouraged to audition
- Prepare 32 bars of a contemporary, modern, rock song (musical theatre preferred, though not required). Everyone who is auditioning must bring sheet music. However, you may also choose to sing something from Heathers and we will have all the sheet music for Heathers on hand.
- Please know your regular weekly schedule and any specific conflicts you might have between auditions and performances. Rehearsals will begin on or around January 17th 2019
- Performance dates: March 14th through 17th 2019
- Students who are cast may sign up for college credit.
