Join Chase Brexton Health Care and its community partners on World AIDS Day, Sunday, December 1st, for “A Celebration of Perseverance,” a memorial march through Mount Vernon, followed by a prayer breakfast. Starting the U=U Conversation in Maryland

The Baltimore City Health Department and community partners across the city joined the international U=U conversation last December with the launch of the U=U Maryland campaign, spreading the scientific consensus that HIV-positive individuals with an undetectable viral load cannot transmit the disease to sexual partners. In the months since, the campaign has been a presence at community events, resource fairs, and health discussions across the city. More Than $150,000 Raised to Support HIV Services

The AIDS Walk & Music Festival Baltimore 2019 surpassed its goal to raise $150,000 to support HIV services of Chase Brexton Health Care and its community partners.  More than 500 walkers, sponsors, performers, and volunteers gathered at Power Plant Live! on Sunday, June 9th to take steps to end HIV and AIDS in Baltimore. National Honor our LGBT Elders Day

It was a night of laughter, inspiration, and recognition, as more than 100 friends, family, and community members met at Baltimore Center Stage on Thursday, May 16th to celebrate National Honor Our LGBT Elders Day.
