PFLAG Raises Funds with ‘Queens and Cocktails 2017’

PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) Howard County hosts a gala fundraiser, Thursday, May 11th, 2017, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. It’s at the Historic Oakland Manor (5430 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, Maryland), and includes free parking. The event will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine, their signature cocktail, raffles, a silent auction, and a drag show. The event dress code is “tuxedo to fig leaf.”

Guests of honor at the event will include Allan Kittleman, the Howard County Executive; state senators and delegates; current and former Howard County Council Members; as well as Colette Roberts, co-founder and first president of PFLAG Columbia-Howard County.
